  • How will I get access to the course?

    After you create an account online, you will be immediately directed to your course dashboard to start the course. You will also receive an email with your login credentials and a copy of your purchase receipt.

  • Will I receive a certificate of completion for the course?

    Yes. Upon completion of any course, you will be able to download a Certificate of Completion.

  • Are these live courses that meet online at a specific time?

    No. All of our online courses are on-demand courses so that you can take at your own pace and when it's convenient for you. Occasionally we do hold live webinars. If it is a live webinar, you will see it listed in the course title as a live webinar and the date it will be held.

  • Can I pay by check?

    Please email [email protected] if a check is your only option for payment. You can mail in your check, but this will delay access to the course because it usually takes an extra 10-14 days to receive and process your payment.

  • Will I get a receipt so that I can submit for reimbursement?

    Yes, you will receive a receipt by email and you will be able to access the receipt in the "Dashboard" of your account, along with your certificates, other orders, and profile information.

  • What if I can’t finish my course?

    We know life happens! So, we never shut off access to a course if someone wants extra time to be able to finish a course. Our goal is to get you the resources and tools to help you excel your career.
